Dinosaur Jr. frontman J Mascis spec’ed out the Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster himself so there’s no doubt it’s built to meet both his and you needs! You won’t find style like this in the Standard Squier range. This guitar is kitted out in a Vintage White finish and comes with an anodized aluminium pickguard.

The J Mascis signature is modelled after a sixties Fender Jazzmaster, a guitar that drew in lots of players looking something a little more unique than a Strat or Tele.

The C-shaped maple neck and 21 jumbo fret fingerboard makes this Jazzmaster incredibly easy to play. If you’re familiar with Fender playability, you’ll feel right at home here. As you’d find with a classic Jazzmaster, you get a floating tremolo bridge ready to expand your playing possibilities.

Equipped in the J Mascis Jazzmaster are double dose of vintage Fender single coil pickups. Jazzmaster pickups are well known for their classy and glassy tones. The added bite is perfect for alternative, rock and indie style of music. Run them through a verge of breakup amp tone and they sound lively and dynamic.
